❓ PRO Registration FAQs

Is registration really free?
Yes — registering as a Prime Service PRO is completely free. We don’t charge an upfront fee, and there are no monthly subscriptions. We may in the future offer optional premium placement, but basic registration will always be free.

How long does approval take?
We usually review registrations within 1–2 working days. We may contact you for verification or additional information — usually via WhatsApp or a quick phone call.

What if I offer more than one service?
Great — you can select multiple services in the registration form. Many of our PROs offer two or more related services (for example, plumbing and geyser repairs, or cleaning and gardening).

Do I need formal qualifications?
For some services (like electrical or plumbing), registration with a relevant body is recommended — for example, PIRB or ECA. For others, proven experience and references may be enough. We’ll guide you during the review process.

How do I get paid for jobs?
You deal directly with the customer and are paid by them. Prime Service connects you with the work — you handle pricing, invoicing and payment. We don’t take a cut of what you earn.

Can I pause or stop receiving jobs?
Yes. You can pause or remove your profile at any time by contacting us. You have full control over when and where you work.
